I've begun to really appreciate one blade knives. They are much easier to open in colder weather with gloves on. And, with a bottle opener in the tang, that Hilti knife is a case of "Keep It Simple Stupid" at its finest. As much as I don't like extended tangs that house another function--usually a wire cutter/scraper or bottle opener, those tools are handy. I find myself cutting fishing line with the wire cutting notch of my Opinel DIY, a lot. Scrapers work well to remove goo and gunk, and bottle openers, well are self-explanatory.
I found one for $12 and ordered it. Interestingly enough, it's called the "Tea Time" on the box. Last time I checked--I haven't seen bottled tea in the grocery store that used a crown cork (bottle cap). Twist off, or in cans. I thought this was a rather small knife--but at 4.5" it's quite substantial by my standards!
