Well there used to be “10K and counting or The Daily Grind with JR and Speedy v3”, and then the beer/brats took over but didn’t go far,

As for that grilled waffle w/ cheese, it was good, a little crunchy, but I like my grilled cheese with a little crisp, just not to the point where it’s like medieval cast iron, kinda like the first steak the wife made be before we married, she cooked it as a surprise, cause she didn’t eat steak back then, so I came home from work and the apartment smelt wonderful, I took my boots off and she called me into the kitchen and put a plate with a steak on the table, I was like WOW, yet when I went to cut it with a steak the knife wouldn’t go through! After about 3min of trying to cut the same line I couldn’t get it through! That thing was soooo over cooked it wouldnt cut! To me it was just the thought that she made me one, so I said how about we go to Taco Bell for dinner ,,

When that happens you gotta pull out your 91mm SAK and slice the steak as thin is possible.  Serrations tear the meat but a SAK with a narrow blade stock will get you shaved steak for a french dip sandwich in no time.  You just gotta jazz up some beef broth or even a packet of french onion soup so you can dunk away.
