Fisher came across a neighborhood cat that didn’t runaway.  They sized each other up before going their separate ways.

I’d say, we were going through a few things yesterday and came across an old I think full size comforter that the Mrs and I got waaaay back, it was something we thought we threw away so we didn’t need it so we tossed it in his closet/bedroom, I mean he’s got two dog beds in there and I could even fit in there! So he’s got total comfort with like 4 pillows, toys, and now a freaking comforter..

Molly is very brave (and vocal) when she can see a cat out the window.  Not nearly as cocky when there's no glazing in the way. :D

:rofl: we used to have a cat come into our yard and Coco who normally chases anything and everything - generally with the aim of eating it, she’s eaten more than a few possums bigger than cats - would seem transfixed by it.
I’m not sure if she couldn’t believe it’s nerve or what but just stared at it, it’d stare back wonder about for a bit and then hop over the fence

Fisher was lucky cats are deadly apex predators! I've seen Oliver kill not one, but two spiders.

..Though we don't talk about the many more times I wanted them to kill a spider and the action taken was to flop over for belly scratches  :facepalm:

You can’t tell me this dog doesn’t have it made, yeah when we got him he was crate trained, we tried twice without the crate and it was more or less him who didn’t like it, he wanted his own little bedroom or hole to run into, the one bed we got him on the right was the on that fit into the crate, so as you can see this closet is double the size! But every night he runs from the kitchen after going out, down the hall right passed the kitties, bumps the bedroom door open, the gets his little nose into the closet and flings the door open all so he can jump into bed the Mrs even got it on video once, even when it was just a crate, he could get the crate door open even when it was fully closed and just not latched!
The first night after I made the closet into his bedroom/crate was funny, I used a piece of the crating that came with it which was in the garage that turned it into a double, so it’s been sitting there ever since, and I didn’t have to ruin the actual crate, but he’d get the feeling of it plus the old bed, yet I took him out an then when he ran in to go to bed he bumped the door open and noticed his old crate wasn’t there, did a 180° saw the bars and ran right for it and hit the bed! Um yup I think he likes it! Oh yeah plus there’s also a remote strip light above where he can reach so we can turn them on and check on him if we hear something! I think a few toys an pillows are also missing in that pic but as you can see he’s comfy!

He's a standard poodle.  He's only 4 months old and already twice the size of Molly.  We've just gotten back from having a play in Dougal's garden and poor Molly is completely exhausted.  :D

Cassie gave me some excitement the other night. She decided it would be a good idea to swallow a 6 inch long bully stick   :facepalm:

I had to give her a mix of hydrogen peroxide and milk to make her throw it up. Thankfully it worked and out it came along with her dinner   :woohoo:

No more bullies for Cassie . She lost I think her last puppy tooth the other day and now is just under 30 pounds and still growing.   :tu:

Since it turned pretty cool out when I took Dex out for him to do his duties I asked the Mrs “hey, want to take him over to the rink since it’s empty?” She’s like sure, so we walked over to the hockey rink so we could close it off and just let him run free and burn off some energy, needless to say he had fun and played monkey in the middle between me and the kid, but after a while he had had it! We got home and he had his water, walked over to his bed, and where he would normally beg for his treat, he hit the bed and just laid there! I handed him the treat and he sniffed it and I think he might have had a few bites but I think hes OUT!
