Thanks for posting the link...ive actually read that one a few times!
I've got donor parts gathered.  I'm also planning an 84 mm golfer.
where's the best place to source material for pins? I have some 22mm for the 84mm

Uh, that can be tricky. I cannot recall where I've got mine from  I did order them online for sure.

84mm Golfer you say?

Great use and observation!

I have done a pretty long video on multitool saw comparison couple years back, and the data does reflect the same result as yours:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K1lIN7NDFzc&ab_channel=ComisGear

Superb comparison comis :hatsoff: obviously far more scientific than my observation but I found it quite noticeable

Will have to do a side by side on the same branch to minimize the variables. In the yard, standing on your toes while twisted around to get to a branch is when you notice an extra few seconds but how much is imagined I dunno :dunno:

Will be checking out more of your videos, very cool :hatsoff:

Wow!  Another really close call!  I dealt a 10 and a Jack and I was holding my breath for the last card...but alas it was a 5!

I looked back at the swapped cards, and did wonder what if you kept the 9?  :ahhh   Inside straight, who would have guessed?

The gear choice remains unchanged, high card King of Hearts enable you to carry a Pliers based MT for the rest of the challenge.  But please do feel free to rotate to a new MT if your heart desires.

Btw, I think it is really cool you draw a Sydney Opera House! :like:
Thanks comis :tu: :hatsoff:

I nearly kept the 9 too but the odds were pretty unlikely :ahhh :twak: :twak:

Anyway I’m good with a PBMT, so think I’ll finish with BO Wave

Definitely cool I got the Opera House had to be really :like:

So Echotech, you are limited to a multitool.... Staying with the same one or swapping out for another?
Swap out for an old fave Nix, BO Wave bought when it was first released but not had that much use recently, mostly because I have a pretty stocked tool kit at home and until joining MTo actually used them for jobs rather than finding excuses to use a MT

 :woohoo: Nice one  :tu:

I was on the fence a long time as well, but the Särmä was so cheap I had to buy it and I don't regret it :tu:

When i was looking at them i also looked at those kettle things with the fire inside, although i gather there is a smaller one now i still thought it was too big, something like that Sarma would be ideal  :tu:

Good luck, Borg!

Cheers Nix  :salute:

Nice Zippo, too!

Thanks! It's a brass armor model, it'd got a nice amount of heft to it, and a butane insert wrapped in electricians tape makes it practical too.
