I am sure we all have a lot of opinions on what is going on in Washington right now, and I am sure we are all upset about it for a variety of different reasons.  I have a lot of thoughts myself, but I'm going to keep them that way too, now, and in the coming days.

Let's all remember that MTO is a happy place, largely because the discussion of politics is banned here, and I am hereby telling all of the moderators to close down and/or delete any and all political comments immediately.

To that end, I want to comment on the more important thing that we can all agree on- regardless of what happens today and in the days to come, I hope that ALL of our members stay safe, and keep their families and friends safe.

I am pretty certain we have all had a smurfty enough time in the last year or so, we really don't need to add to it.  You all do what you have to, whichever side you find yourselves on, but please stay safe no matter what.

Couldn't work out why you of all people were posting a thread with that title till I realised that the intent was exactly the opposite! :D I've never seen a forum that allowed politics/religion discussions survive.
