Also, I modded a PST a few years ago that included a smaller PE knife blade and still had a file and saw :whistle:

Need to find it and put some pics up  :think: :cheers:

I can't justify the expense at the moment.  Been looking to replace my van and I don't know how much I'm going to have to spend on the new vehicle yet.

Here is my modded PST, that I put together a few years ago :cheers:



Turned one of the flat drivers into a tiny wood chisel :tu:



Shortened the awl just a little bit to clear the plier head



Took a PST blade that already had a broken tip, shortened it and made a wharncliffe blade out of it :cheers: that is how I got 2 regular long tools (saw and diamond file) and kept a blade :tu:



And lastly, I grinded a SOG (Harley Davidson branded) saw to fit on the pivot end and then slimmed it down some to fit in the handle better (the step of slimming it down was unnecessary because it would have fit fine before slimming it down but I didn't realize that before grinding it :oops: )



Happy with the overall and this tool is very capable on its own :tu: :like:

I've never owned a PST. I'll show myself to the door.

I've got one. Upon realizing that I wanted to buy a few models to have a small collection, I looked up the PST, found one for a good price, from a local seller I think, and I really like it. Its compactness is legendary.  :multi:
