Reading the FAQ, it can only do instant on from Sleep mode otherwise you still have to go through POST. Which therefore means it is a bit pointless, most computers can Sleep (S3) and resume in an instant, so no bonus there, and resuming from hibernation (S4) doesn't take that much longer than POST and 10secs extra so really you may gain 10secs if you don't sleep your computer. If its the nicely organised aspect of it that is attractive i'm sure there will be a linux distro that would fit the bill nicely and best of all be free!

Doesn't appeal to me really.
