For all the Canucks, CT has Clutches on sale for $10 again.  I think it may not start until Boxing Day, but check your flyer for details.

Awesome.  I love my clutch and wouldn't mind getting a second one for $10 CDN.

Picked one up. I swear I'm cursed, today is probably the first time I found somebody to open the counter under 5 minutes, then when I get to the cash, some old lady is bickering over price of ONE friggin christmas ornament and holding up the whole line for ten minutes.  >:(

We now have self service kiosks at Canadian Tire, so I get in and out easily enough.  Of course the woman ahead of me in line at the gas station tore the poor attendant a new one today....

I don't know why people think it's ok to tear someone a new one for no reason.

Yeah, I think that's happened to all of us at one time or another.  I remember it's happened to me maybe 2-3 times this past year.  :(

I noticed these last week too when I was getting my Gerber EAB.  Incredible time and stress saver.

I would've used self serve if they didn't put mine in those locked canva bags.

I'm always tempted to cut it open and leave the bag somewhere, then go use the self serve.  >:D

I usually pretend I am going to steal something just so I'll get some service!  :P

I think the lifetime warranty is only on their more upscale offerings.

I see. The spring tension on this thing is way too tight, the eyeglass screwdriver is almost impossible to get out. Quality isn't as good asmicra, but consider it's $10 it's not bad.

I sent in my Shortcut with no questions asked about age, so that surprises me.  :(

Does the Clutch offer any significant advantages over the Squirt P4?

Not in my opinion. It's a tiny bit larger, and has tweezers. Other than that, I prefer the P4 in just about every sense.

I used to come here a lot.

... and that of course! To be fair, that's why I EDC a Micra, not a squirt. Looking at the pictures of used Squirts on ebay, they do seem to get beaten up.

I prefer the nail file on the Clutch over the P4.

dunno about the others, but the bottle opener is an epic fail for me... 4 attempts to open a beer.

I do like how handy it is, agree that tension is way to tight on the smaller items... and for $10 who cares if it only lasts a year, buy a new one lol

I modified it a little bit so it has better bite now, but the problem is it's so thin the little nub cuts through bottle caps before can lift it offf, so still needs 2 or 3 tries.
