Forgot to post yesterday Day 26I ordered some things from small businesses in Ukraine to help support them, and one of the items actually made it! (Image removed from quote.)(Image removed from quote.)
That is cool. I had been considering ordering a pocket organizer off Etsy from a Ukrainian maker for a while and decided to go ahead for the same reason.
Maintenance to finish the home stretch
I think the Spirit scissors work even better than normal SAK scissors (which I normally use) for paracord. Im not sure exactly what it is, but it might be a culmination of: the Spirit scissors are thicker on the spine and do not taper as much, the edge looks sharpened at greater angle and the pivot seems stronger/tighter.
DAY 27A slow day at work delivering training to some newbies so no uses there A bottle (or two) of apple juice when I got home to make all right with the world again
Day 27/30 Bought a couple of CD's in town. Vangelis's soundtrack to the original Bladerunner movie is quite something.
That's something I should do more often. Just a micro drop of oil here and there.
Very cool, you gotta show us when you receive it
Turns out a dishwasher is the problem something must have gone wrong with the power cable, because as soon as I plug it into any outlet - we see a flash and the power is gone.
New cards and SAKs (Tinker small and Bantam from Hamburg)
Got a nice evening pic out in the woods
Received it about a week ago. It was done to a custom size that fits the Spirit and my most common flashlight.(Image removed from quote.)
Day 27Got a nice evening pic out in the woods
Day 28/31Cutting duties only, new bike boots, yipee!!!Pete
That looks really good. I like the zippered side pocket, don't think i have seen that on a pocket organizer before
I love boots almost as much as multi tools! Very nice Pete
Day 28: Got to cut some wire by way of a cord. It cuts with no issues, but I had to get creative due to the diameter of the cord. If I had to pick my favorite mt cutters, I think it would probably be Leatherman.
