Artemis 1 Launch
on: September 03, 2022, 07:59:41 AM
Anyone gonna watch Nasa launch the Artemis 1 Saturday at 2:17 p.m. EDT ( hopefully )?

I'm a big space exploration fan and hope everything goes without a hitch tomorrow.  I grew up watching the shuttles take off in school and was fascinated by Nasa.

I guess leaking hydrogen may be a good reason to postpone the launch.

Check out this test video , that rocket is a beast. One day i want to go see a launch at the Cape.

Yeah, I'd love to see that someday myself.

I remember over 30 years ago when I lived in south Miami-Dade County (before Hurricane Andrew destroyed my house and before it was called Miami-Dade County) and one perfectly clear day I could see a space shuttle launch from my front yard.  It was pretty cool just to see an orange glow in front of a vapor trail considering I was about 4 hours south of the cape.
