That's a good selection Poncho.  I have that little Gerber SAk-A-Like and those scissors are decent.  I've been able to cut through thin cardboard without issue.

It's a Gerber Keystyle.

Whoever wants next cut and past the list and add your name.  This is a medium, Priority Mail, box that weighs almost 18 pounds!  When you get the box, you choose whatever you want out of it and then send it on to the next recipient.  Adding to the box is optional but everyone does.  That's why it is now in a medium box that weighs 18 pounds.  The generosity of the MTO members is just incredible and is part of what makes this site one of the best sites on the interwebs.

I think you guys are very mistaken if you think that jackalope can transport the box. I suggest using this one instead:

Nope.  That one is all lift and no cardio.  He wouldn't have the stamina to make it down to my house with that heavy box.

Package has arrived. There was some damage. I hope we didn't lose anything.  We might need to start including an inventory sheet or a picture of everything in the box so we can file a claim if needed.  I will put everything in a new box before I send it out in any case.

Doesn't appear to be anything missing, since just about everything in the box was sorted in Ziplock bags.  There was a roll of bubble wrap that didn't have anything in it but only Poncho knows if that was like that when he packed it.  There's no way to inventory everything unless you want to spend hours at it.  There's just so much stuff.  We're just going to have to hope for the best, and as Aztec insinuated, if anything "fell out" I hope it got found by someone who appreciates it.  I'm going through the box now.  This may take some time.  Who wants the box next?  Plenty of cool stuff in the box and I don't even know yet what I might throw in.

I think I made the suggestion once of putting all the little ziplock bags and everything else in the bag in something like a kitchen sized plastic bag sealed with a twist tie inside the box.  Then if the box fails, maybe the bag will keep things together.  Shouldn't take up much room in the box.  Seems like the box is getting a lot rougher handling lately.  Best wishes.  G

lazar is next on the list.  I still have your address, so no need to send it again unless you've moved.  Please add your name if you want to receive the surprise box after lazar.

Maybe I will go another round after Lazar. What is the rule of thumb on how many people you want to go before you go a second time?

I don't think there's a rule of thumb per say, but I tend to put my name on the list every 7th or 8th turn just to keep it interesting.

The bubble wrap may or may not have had something in it :dunno: :ahhh

Dang jackalope must have really been moving for the package to have been damaged as much as it had been with that much tape :o :ahhh

If my math is correct then Lazar would be the 8th person to go since me.
