Watch case opener SAK I've never seen before

I got pics from this SAK through SAKwiki contact mail from a guy in Italy. I've never seen this tool combo before.

It is a two layer SAK, openers in one and watch case opener tool and Junior style main blade in the other. And blue nylon scales with scale tool cut outs.

What confuses me more is that the advertising is not for a watch brand or shop, it's for an Italian cold, fever and pain medication :shrug:

Anybody seen this before?

That is an odd set, regardless of markings.  It makes me wonder if it is a franken-knife, maybe made for a young person.

Quirk: I like the metal file more than the wood saw

Since this is a medical brand, maybe they're both supposed to be used as pharmaceutical spatulas?

I thought of that, but they already have that as a special dedicated tool on some of the larger knives and the special edition Doctor's knife.

The larger blade seems to have been de-pointed. There's some irregularity in the "tip".

I wonder if the watch opener is being repurposed as an opener for tightly sealed pill bottles?  That feels like a stretch even to me but I can't think of anything better.  :dunno:

Maybe the case opening tool is doubling as a pill cutting blade?  The dull MFV blade is for counting pills?
