I took this quick shot for my Welcome post.  This is what I typically carry when I'm wearing pants with cargo pockets.  I also have a bunch of EDC gear in my daypack, but I haven't taken pictures of that setup yet.

Top Row
------------
Wallet: Spec Ops THE Wallet Jr. modded by replacing the outside ID window with a Cordura pocket and added an elastic pen loop for holding a Fisher bullet pen inside.  I've been carrying this for 4.5 years in my back pocket and it is still in good shape.

Nylon webbing with titanium D-Ring:  I had this made for me by a seamstress.  Slips onto my belt and dangles into my top left pocket.

iPhone: With Otterbox Defender case.  I've had this for about 9 months, definitely a cool gadget.

Bandanna:  I bought about 30 of these in Green and Brown for cheap and rotate them through my EDC.  Tons of uses.  I have been carrying bandannas for years.

ASP Key Defender:  This is a small canister of pepper spray.   I started carrying this fairly recently.  I like having chemical defenses as a tool to draw on "just in case".

Eyeglasses case:  I've carried various glasses cases on me for a long time but they always wear out.  This is a new one made of stainless steel and seems pretty robust.  It is too large for my clip-ons, but I also keep cleaner spray, glasses strap, microfiber clothes and an eyeglass repair kit in there.  Rides in a cargo pocket.

Bottom Row
---------------
Keychain gadgets!  I'm a nut for titanium and small keychain gadgets. The large split rings are titanium as are most of the little clips attached to them.  Keyring 1, from L to R - ti bottle opener, tweezers, ti whistle, ti peanut lighter, ti pen, lanyard with ti retaining beads, Gerber nail clipper w/little blade, scissors and nail scaper/file.  Keyring 2, from L to R - tritium vial in ti housing, ti Draco flashlight, ti cannister holding spare Draco battery, keys...

Urban Wallet:  This goes in my front right pocket.  Holds a modified Strider PT (G10 scale replace by titanium and damasteel backspacer), modified Nitecore Ex10 (aluminum body replaced by titanium, ti tritium locator attached),  titanium Zippo with Z-Plus butane insert and last (but not least) a Leatherman S2 which I hope to get modded some day.

Closeup of Draco and battery can:

Here is a closeup of all of the titanium keychain gadgets:

I would like to have the can opener removed to even out the sides, have a torx assembly replace the current pivot and replace the aluminum scales with titanium and add a clip.  I'm in an apartment in NYC so I will be lucky if I can talk some poor soul into making it for me.

Turned out my pockets and bag, even I have to admit I don't use the binoculars that much. :-[

The only thing that isn't obvious is that the blue pouch is a first aid kit.

How much do they go for generally?

I really wish knuckles were legal (or at the least not illegal)...punching is such a natural reflex it would be a formidable tool for anyone.

Right around $100. It's a nice solid piece of titanium. Oh... what are you talking about? It's a bottle opener!  ;)
