Mastiff Gears Gladius Spear Head.

This is on the weird side, but then I alway liked the weird. This overly large gladius can be turned into a spear by adding your own shaft, I am not a fan of the sheath as it isn't reinforced at all, and this blade spear thing is super sharp. I think it would take no time for this to come out of the bottom. This is a beast and odd enough that I quite like it despite the poor sheath design.

The light-duty sheath wouldn't be a deal-breaker for me. Almost every fixed blade sheath I run across has some issue. But that is indeed a different blade. I like it! :tu:

The whole thing is 48 cm long (19 inches). The handle is 10 cm (4 inches).

I think this is a modern iteration of the ancient Chinese war spear. 

Traditionally, the spear is arguably the most useful or well regarded battlefield weapon in China, skillful spearman could use this to keep armed enemy at bay and immensely useful and feared when used on a horseback.
