In changing room with coffee. Challenge ahead. 33k long run with hill works in the middle and intervals at the end. (No I didn't carry it during the run, sweat and rust are friends)

You can certainly start over again now but then you will be on your own after the end of the month. It's up to you whether to do that or wait till next year
