Gentlemen,
It seems that I’m forced to drop out :(
No matter what I try Forum server tells me it can’t allocte memory and hence my pics fail to upload.

Have you edited the photos before posting?  I crop my photos and save as a copy, then post from Windows Pictures.  If I try without cropping/saving, I get the message you've been getting.

DAY10  Batman theme today, because everybody likes Batman.  MacGyver probably liked Batman, but couldn't do the utility belt under his jacket.

Day 10

I got rid of all my cookies yesterday.  In the usual manner.  Now I'm back to ersatz Pop Tarts.
AI is still muddling about trying to find something for me to buy.  And a woman.  Got a MTo home page ad for G-Shock.  I get a Leatherman ad or Casio video most times when I try to watch something on Y-toob.  Not just me.  We are all in some vast AI's crosshairs.
According to AI, my love interest should be Jessica Tarlov.  Age 41.  Not your Casio wearing, Leatherman lugging type of XX chromosome individual.  Bikini photos that leave nothing to the imagination.  If she came to my house, I would hide under the bed and bark like a dog until she went away.
Let's see..... knife stuff.  I did use the MacGyver red Tourist to open a can of sweet potatoes for lunch.  Went well with some canned collards.  I usually leave leftovers for the raccoons and such, but they won't eat collard greens.  They are too smart for that.  No photos.
I see where lots of fellow challengers are switching to different SAKs to carry now and then.  That is in line with MacGyver episodes.  TV MacGyver switched from one model to the next all the time.  I feel the urge to change in the air.
Best wishes.  G

Day 7:

Still catching up.

I’ve been using the Executive’s orange peeler for its intended purpose, peeling clementines for snacks at work.

Day 9

Forgot to post yesterday. The more I use my Spartan, the more I have come to appreciate its simplistic tool set. I think a pair of small pliers would allow me to accomplish many tasks. Still no usage of the paperclip or duct tape yet, but still several days left in this challenge.

Day 8:

I tucked the paper clip under the end of the duct tape for easier carry without tangling.

Day 9

One of the things i use paper clips for is to make a hook to pull wires through tight spaces or to grab onto.

Jessica Tarlov doesn't float my boat, either. I think you probably have some cookies remaining. But a few mouse clicks can excise them. :D

Day 10

I have been rotating my SAKs, a 84 & 91 sizes. And now the backside Phillips or a Corkscrew.

The SPARTAN or the TINKER are great 2 layer options regardless, both are 91s

At Gary’s urging, he indicated a Tourist would provide a Spartan tool set in the 84 size. And, it arrived yesterday. A pocket worn used advertising version. This one is minus the toothpick and tweezers ports on the scale and without a key ring stub.

Required a stropping to sharpen the blade and pivots oiled to improve implement access.

I am also, setting my Red Vagabond  aside in exchange to a Hybrid PA_Strunk custom as my small tool.  Displayed is the executive orange peeler, compared against the Vagabond’s.

Nice pick-ups! :tu: The etch on the Tourist's master blade looks mostly intact, so I'd guess it didn't see strenuous use.

I suspect pocket carry may wear on the scales and likely used to open envelopes or packages as the blade was dull.

The etching is for a manufacture of weaving machines (industrial) that is Switzerland based.
Said to have been a TSA sourced knife. Not bad for $15 shipped.

Can't seem to trade out the scientist. It's the perfect carry for me since I use the drivers on SAKs the most. Coming along is the TiRant and the ANVZ050

Day 8

I don’t frequently need a paper clip or duct tape. So far the Tinker has held up, with the exception of not fitting in corners. Didn’t work too well to tighten up a bathroom cabinet door hinge.

I’ve been using the small blade and cap lifter a lot as I usually do on a SAK.

Day 10

Needed to re-seat some RAM on a laptop at work that took a fall off a desk and wouldn’t boot afterwards. Physically, it took the impact well (Thinkpads are still good). But it popped a RAM stick loose.

Fortunately, the Rambler was on hand to open the laptop and do the job!
