I didn't grab a screenshot because it's a bit of a graphic scene, but one of the bank robbers uses a Leatherman OHT to torture the hero.

The movie is Novocaine starring Jack Quaid and it's not actually that bad.

Not a good watch if you are squeamish though, as the premise is that the main character suffers from a condition that makes him incapable of feeling pain.  He uses this condition to his advantage while chasing down some bank robbers.

Bear in mind that he does actually get injured, and badly, he just can't feel it.

Not surprising that an OHT was used.

OHT does stand for One-Handed Torture.
