Cool Gerber EAB for the holidays

Short Story: I was walking through Home Depot and saw a Gerber box in the impulse buy area. It was a new green color that I had never seen before. I bought it, it came with a matching hat. fully recommend.
Long Story: I bought a new hand gun. Sig P938 Legion. I guess all these special "Legion" versions of the Sigs are in this nice olive green color. On the way home from the gun store I stopped at Home Depot to buy some stuff. As I was walking out, I walked past the impulse buy area. There was a Gerber section with some machetes and knives but what caught my attention was a box with a green fabric thing in it. I thought it was some kind of pouch or large sheath until I got closer and noticed that it was a green beanie hat with the Gerber logo. The package also had a Gerber EAB box cutter knife. I cannot stress how much I love the Gerber EAB. I have commented on posts about it at length. But I like the black ones better than the silver ones and they can be harder to find. (in the original style) THIS EAB was GREEN and it had some line details that are either supposed to be topographical lines or Damascus. (either way, it looks great) The kicker: this was only $16 for the package! $16 for the Gerber Beanie and the knife! I didn't hesitate.
Now, I don't wear beanies because of their association with hipsters. But I know a good deal when I see one. When I got home it occurred to me that I had inadvertently purchased a hat and knife that almost perfectly matches my new gun. (slightly different shade of green, no big deal) This must be what it feels like when chicks buy multiple parts of an outfit that serendipitously work or match.
additional items in last picture are for color comparison.

They're topographical lines. A two-pack of topographic EABs (in silver and black) was a Home Depot impulse buy last year. I used them, and gave away a second pair, in last year's
Utility Knife Challenge
. And I've been known to wear beanies, but that's because it can get cold in my area. I may have to make a run by Home Depot now!

That hat is awesome , living in the U.K we can get most Gerber products with the exception of Autos and apparel like t shirts and hats , maybe they don’t sell well over here and it’s not worth importing them. I’ve a Gerber baseball cap that I’ve had for years and is on its last legs

Excellent green, and a nice change of pace from the usual stainless and black. I have two regular EABs.
What is the gun aiming at? Is it a multi-tool?

No, not really. I mean, technically it has a tiny hook part that is supposed to work as a bottle opener, but no, not a multi tool. Just a tiny little balisong.
I only put it in the back of the picture because it was a similar green color.
I am pretty fond of the little thing. Many years ago when I was in high school I had a super cheap keychain butterfly knife. The handles were plastic with a silver coating to make it look like steal and the blade steal itself was super cheap. Couldn't hold and edge at all. just a novelty really. But I loved it and carried it for a year or so until it got lost at a concert. Then a few months ago I saw some ad for that little green butterfly knife that was a little bit bigger, but most importantly, made with better materials and quality control. I fidget with it a lot.

Green is a nice looking color for the EAB. I have a stainless one I carry at work.
I knew my wife was a keeper when she transitioned from calling it a knife thingy to a multi-tool.
