Fenix and Olight

I was browsing through both of these companies sites and notice a strange similarity between the two. Are these two businesses somehow connected. To find out what I mean have a look at both of their sites and their offerings...even the pictures look similar(e.g. how they are set out and packaging?)

Olight was actually started by a few former employees from Fenix, and qualitywise the lights are comparable.

And the word is eagletac is started by former olight employees, gets really confusing if you take a look at it.
