Tried to take apart a coffee machine that was all jammed up, but realized half way through that I didn't have any security bits to take the rest of it apart I know eh? security bits... on a coffe machine.... From what I did get off though...

10/10 for the Surge and bit kit. :tu:

Well you know... wouldn't want your coffee or coffee machine tampered with... ::)
Got those frog legs.

I am really liking my Stanley it has been a few weeks now and I find a use for it everyday at work and at home.

I replaced a light switch at home with it last week.

Used the file on my hatchet last weekend!

Repaired a banding machine here at work yesterday.

Holding up fine so far.

Technically it was last night, but still...I used my LM Sideclip and Squirt E4 to strip wires on a project of mine.

Small stuff, I'll grant you, but once you get a feel for how the Sideclip's wire stripper works, it works very, VERY well.  You still need the Squirt for smaller wires, but for larger-medium ones, I was impressed by the Sideclip.

I'm glad I got in on that group buy.

Today was a vacation day home on the farm.  With real winter coming tomorrow (lows in the teen's F (-5 to -10C) ), there were several barn projects that needed attention.

One of the automatic waterers was kicking the breaker.  I needed to remove the cage and unbolt the heating unit.

Used the Charge for pliers duty, and the Atwood Funnybone for all the nuts EXCEPT one which required the Guppie.  Forty minutes later, I had replaced the broken insulators and ready for the cold!

Next up, one of the waterproof light switches had to be replaced because a horse had chewed it up.  Raker Ring tool removed the old cover nicely and made short work of the new one. Fifteen minutes start to finish.

Finally, 2 of the outdoor GFCI outlets had stopped working and needed replacing.  Another job for the Charge.  Upon opening, each had a few tablespoons of water (15-20 mls) and massive corrosion.  Old GFCI outlets removed, boxes dried and cleaned up and new GFCI's installed.  One of the coverplates had to be replaced as well.  Ninety minutes later, and the big tank heaters are ready to go...

Winter? Bring it!

Tool list:
LM Charge ALX: 2 GFCIs replaced and assist on automatic waterer
Raker Ring Tool: Waterproof light switch cover
Funnybone: Automatic waterer nuts
CRKT Guppie: One oddly placed nut in automatic waterer

I was at McCormick&Schmitts for dinner and the rolls were crusty, and I couldn't cut my roll with the regular dinner kn ife.  So I used the serrated blade on my LM Juice XE6.

The roll didn't know what hit it!! :tu:

Whipped out the old K502x and got the screwdriver to work today opening a sink unit to sort the plumbing.  The bottle opener was just the right shape to pry a cover off, saving the knife from prying duties :D.  The karabiner kept the tool in easy reach whilst I wasn't using it.

In fact, the only part of it I didn't use was the knife...

Used to ST300 to put up a magnetic knife rack:
Awl to make the holes
Screwdriver to... well, do I really need to explain :)

Did a great job.

Use My Raker tool to sort out a loose door lock.  Used the cutting hook to free a pair of jeans from the washing machine after it horribly mangled them.

Then I used the ST300 again as a makeshift paperweight :)

I used my MP600 today to put together bottle bins (for bottle return machines) it worked well as a hammer, a prybar, an ice pick and most amazingly of all SOME PLIERS!!!!, It also opened a box that came in the mail, cleaned my nails, and opened sugar packets for my coffee.

Oh and I used the phillips driver a bit.

I went to Walmart to buy two bikes to donate to a Christmas toy drive. They did not have any put togather. So i ended up putting the bikes togather with my small Tinker and my Spirit.

Used my Spirit X to remove the mirror from the back of a dresser so we could rearrange my parents' bedroom, then later used my Explorer Plus (or was it the Cadet or OHT?) on something else.

Sure it's a multitool...You can scoop, scrape, cut roots, pound things, pry things, and dig things...could be used as weapon, that's like 7 functions right there...so +1 on the shovel.  LOL!

Well, it wasn't my multitool, but I got to use my LM c301 a good bit today, opened a couple of bags and used the serrated edge to make accessing boxed cans a bit easier.

Normally I don't like serrated blades, but I'm starting to see just how useful they are.

Today was the Christmas play. "Don't let the Grinch steal your Christmas."  Throughout the last couple weeks I have used the Wave quite often.

Tonight we cut line for the star and we scored the paper where the Grinch was going to come thru.

Cut cardboard turned screws done alot without even thinking about it.

I used a Spirit to adjust a toilet cystern and replace yet more spot-lights / transformers. I used the UKPK to strip some old insulation tape whilst remaking connections and to open some fiddly packets.

I also used the Spirit to open a bottle of beer, although it took me an age to find the bottle opener   :-\ I got there in the end though.
I used to come here a lot.

Used the large screwdriver tip of the Alox Soldier to pry open a can of paint to paint some interior doors. I used the awl on the Alox Soldier to gently scrape some excess paint that came in contact with a door knob.
