Just picked up the Wenger Traveler with the inlaid monkey (top). Already had the Traveler with the similar style rabbit (bottom). Wayne (Stressmaster) has a similar style sheep. I suspect these are part of a Wenger Chinese New Year series.

Made a new EDC for myself out of two SAKs: a Minichamp USB. Used one of the laser-cut handles as a gasket to join the SAKs together (with some help from a rubber mallet.) It's a little thick, but still pocketable.

Just 256 megabytes, but almost as many blades :)

Different in a weird kinda way.

Just pulled the trigger on this:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/images/B001TIJOTA/ref=dp_image_z_0?ie=UTF8&n=3375251&s=sporting-goods

Cashed in my bonus from my Discover... completely covered it!  :D

Looking at the bits it comes with, can anyone tell me if there's a T6 bit that will work with it?  It says it comes with an 8, but the two torx sizes I end up using most are T6 and T8.

Ha that's cool! Unusual, but very cool.

This is my latest SAK, a green "Spartan Golfer" (no official name I think), sadly it's in bad condition, but the configuration is very uncommon:

(Image removed from quote.)

It's called a Golfer II, or so I've heard. Made in the mid 90s - I've had a few but this one here (green Dresden) is my favorite, especially because of the metal inlaid golfer logo.

That one came from an ad campaign to sell more Vic SAK's cheaper. They made these without inserts and economy marked blades usually. Here is the link to the actual advertisement with the other 2 knives of that series.

Thanks, I also saw this ad while ago, the knife with no toothpick or tweezers and "Economy" stamped on the reverse tang of the main blade.

My Huntsman Bubinga (0005/1000) arrived today. Also 2 very nice Spartan + Classic combos, one of which is a Valentine's Day special :woohoo:

Edit: bad pics:

That purple classic is a very nice color (never seen it on a SAK before). Of course I gave it to my wife 8)

My Space Shuttle Master Craftsman was delivered today as well but I couldn't pay the import taxes so they took it back to the post office :ahhh

Very nice ! I have been wanting one of those for a while now . The recruit is a nice edc with the basic's and that Scouter logo is cool . 8) I was watching one on the bay a few months ago and it sold for a lot more than I thought it would.

Nice photo of some super cool sak's Ash . They are almost as cool as my new purple Endura with rock star lanyard . :tu:

Nice one!  :tu: :tu:
This has to be one of my favorite commemorative knives. The box is nothing special if you get a regular Victorinox issued one. There was that aftermarket box made by Cutlery World and it is pretty nice.

Yes, that is the box. I wonder how many Cutlery World Astronauts were distributed versus regular Victorinox boxed pieces.

Not a Lumberjack...  for reasons known to someone, somewhere, in Canada this SAK gets sold as a Plumber.

The Space Shuttle Master Craftsman is a very modern version since it has the stainless steel metal saw/file and the brass/copper/bronze/gold/... scissors rivet :)
