Andreas: You really do have a thing about searching/ search engines don't you ?Very nice comparison Chako, cool to see the incremental improvements. I can't wait to see what's in the future for Multitasker
I though the new head was suppose to be CNC from a billet or something and super strong. did that happen?
If you have pliers that close 110%, I am thinking they are broken.
Oh believe me, I Google random crap all the time.
BobI know this is an old thread but I just got a multitasker. Is that pic a series 2? My tool looked a little different. I will look at it closerm The teeth on the pliers I got fit better than any tool I have seen. There is no play or wobble at all. I have carried it three days. I plan to carry it a couple weeks and decide if I will edc it. It costs as much as a charge AL but after feeling the quality I don't mind paying that price. D2 head, bronze washers, 440c knife, g10 handle. CNC parts... It is as premium a tool as the charge.
Speaking of Multitasker, I've been playing with a few of Shane's new concepts for the past week or so. One of them is a model with a knife blade mounted outside of the plier channel, which of course allows the blade to be much larger.Teaser pic, compared to a standard Generation II model:(Image removed from quote.)
