Can someone take pics of the bitdriver adapter for the wenger swiss grip? I need detailed internal pictures, if possible, to see if there is a part missing from my adapter.

Thanks!

Charles.

Can anyone identify this Wenger?  I can't find it in the Wiki.

Tools that are not shown are main blade, small nail file and bottle opener/screw driver.

Rest in peace ColoSwiss, you will always be remembered.

Echotech, why is that your favorite? I have the Swiss Buck version of that knife, but haven't used it yet (It's still in brand new condition). Every time I handle it I wish the screwdriver was longer and that it had scissors instead of the dinky little pliers. But I'm willing to be convinced... :)

Charles.

Hi Charles
Good question

Yes the pliers are a bit fiddly and truthfully I’d reach for my wave or skeletool in most instances. The driver doesn’t bother me either as again I’d probably use a dedicated tool.

So what do I like? To me it’s an outdoor knife hence the pliers and driver just a bonus really, the blade is a good slicer but it’s that big saw that’s so useful in the yard.
Also I like the slide lock more than liner lock, very easy to use, and the whole tool just feels good in the hand, good solidness about it. I like my ranger wood for similar reasons, properly large saw and the button for the lock is easy to use.

Not sure that’s going to convince you but sometimes something just feels right :dunno:

I have been looking for a Wenger Double Blade forever and finally gave up and made a two blade mod based off the nomad. It’s kind of a “compact nomad plus.”

Guys I have one question, do you know why the 130mm Wenger/Victorinox Delemont blade is not sharpened last centimetre from the body?
