I have a question for the 108mm folks.
Does the Safari Trooper come with a shield for the wood saw?

I’m under the impression that all 108mm models with wood saw should come standard with the protective shield... I only have 2 of those (GAK and Fireman) which I got 2nd hand... and all have the protective shield... but they didn’t came with the slip-in pouch...

I'm picking up a Safari Trooper tomorrow on the cheap because the saw cover is missing.

Excuse my ignorance but this always confused me: When we say "108mm" do we mean the length of the blade only or the length of the tool (from one end of the scale to the other end)?  :think:

If one has one Solo, it's solo.
Of one has two Solo's it's duo?
The GAK is confused, and so am I.

Does anyone have any info on the strap on the Solo?
The seller mentioned the 'original strap' was included. And even though the straps seemed familiar to me I can't find any info on it.
Do any of you know about a strap/lanyard like the one on the Solo?
