I saw this or similar a while ago,I can do it on some of my smoother opies but as I carry non locking due to UK laws I tighten them up so can't oho them $:-\$

Then you can grab the lanyard between your teeth and open the blade with your hand.

True although only drilled a lanyard hole on my #8 -#5 but I don't make nd using two hands,
