 :like:  I love it.  I had wanted to try the white LED and folderbeholder was kind enough so gift me a Midnight Manager.  The light is really good IMO.  Having on such a terrific SAK like the MC is all the more better.

That’s great! Another example of how great this community is!

I’m happy with the white LED. It’s also surprisingly easy to write with the pen. I’be already used the package opener on some clamshell packaging and the coke spoon, I mean cuticle pusher, to free a coffee bean stuck in the grinder. Quite a useful 58mm SAK.

Mrs Surge and I were out in London for dinner last night. As I was early I stopped off at the Vic' store and bought a couple of Executive 81's

I had one engraved for one of the guests(her new boss) and the other was for me  ;)

Well the Mrs got me a little new toy, it was suppose to be a Xmas present but I kinda figured it out so she just told me to open the box rather then having to wrap it, tomorrow I get to figure out if the old case will work with this new one, cause the old one I have is from the 1980’s, this will be my first ever “new” sewing machine,

Old vs new, unfortunately the cases opening isn’t the same so it don’t fit, “but” there is a extra slot of space to the side, so if I was to cut the divider out then the machine should fit in? So idk,,

Something interesting, we’ve been watching the tv series “Grimm” for the 3rd time, I think we’re in season 5, but the Mrs is an absolute book nut, she can have a freaking novel kicked in two days easy, so when they came out I got her one of those e-books, and have like upgraded her reader like 4 times, but something caught her eye the other day, and she got it, she’s going back old school, she found it on Amazon for like $7, yet the price tag was still on the back of the book of $25, but look at this thing, the cover is totally freaky it’s like a leather bound, the pages are in a gold edging, heck it even has one of those book marks and it’s over 640pages with 201 parts,, then 10 small parts at the end, she said I figured since we both like the tv show we could read this book together,, :dunno:
