I have to say this having to balance out the sides is making my brain hurt. :ahhh

I think if it were me I'd go for something like this: main blade+small file, orange peeler, combo tool, scissors.  Almost all of the original functions of the Executive but with the added combo tool.  In fact that sounds like a rather good SAK to me, something to have a go at myself in the future (even if you decide to do it ;)).

I hate to break it to you but that doesn't balance either  :-\  Things get even more fun if you try and tools from other sized SAKs  ::)
Yeah I noticed that right away this morning...didn't say anything at the time because I was afraid his melon would explode   :D

I've seen circuit board scales before but I think these ones work better because of the high density of traces/paths.  Very nice  :tu:

Watch out, Vic will be offering that soon if you go posting that too much! Seriously, set up shop and make a ton of those if it doesn't take a month and a half for each pair :P Seriously, this is the coolest scale job I have ever seen. As others have said, the only way it could be better is to grove it our for the tweezers, toothpick, and hey, might as well do the pen slot too! :P Excellent work mate  :tu:

Another tip for removing components if you never intend to use them again is a heat gun.  It works well and fast but you have to be careful not to burn the board.

If you have an old clothes iron of the travelling variety that fold flat they can be used (upside down) as well.

We're getting seriously into the territory of maiming, injuring, burning down of houses etc. here.

:pok: So don't do any of the above you hear ;)

Tinnie made me two sets of scales. They look great. I mounted one set a Champion and one set on a Deluxe Tinker. Thanks Tinnie!

Today i did some easy mods to practice.

The frist mod i did was make a 91mm Gourmet out of a Tinker. (Garth's mod)

The second mod was a apprentice made from a Waiter. The Philip blade came from the Tinker (Neil's mod) http://forum.multitool.org/index.php/topic,9057.15.html

The third mod was Garth's Huntsman Lite that i added new white plus scales and added a second set of tweezers (Neil's mod)

I think Alcohol, Tabacco and Firearms should be a convenience store, not a government agency.
