If you meant this, than yap (it's a film canister and fits exactly in the post... only the lid and a bit of the body is sticking out...):

Ok, here comes the first one. Is it ok to upload here, or should I better go to a third party hoster?

I think this one is not so hard, so I don't give a hint at first. If noone solves, I will add some.  :)

I remembered I owe you guys an answer:

See that teeny-tiny hole in the wall (inside the red circle)? It has a metal wire hanging at the edge (looks like a loose electrical wire:

This was inside:

Megan is part of the group that manages the waterway where I do most of my kayaking.  She has suggested that we log some caches (or whatever the lingo is!  :P) this summer so all of this is good inspiration.  :D

Outdoorsy ones are generally not that interesting to find here.. just big ammo or tupperware boxes in cracked rocks or at treeroots.
Explains it a bit.. after 6 hours of hiking and a boucy gps to search for a film canister among hudreds of trees would be a pain. Still really fun ones can be made. Here is some inspiration from the interwebz:

They might be outdoorsy but the canal wad largely man made and took around a century to complete. There are lots of mam made constructs among the way including businesses, locks and buildings, so there's lots of potential housing spots.
