Somebody somewhere incorrectly stated that the FinnBear is the fixed blade version of the FinnWolf.....

Anybody notice there's now really a fixed blade version complete with green handle and 4116 blade steel?  Name escapes me....

I don't have that many folders, and not much experience with comparable knives, but I like the simplicity and how beefy the blade looks when closed.
I found 1 grip where its not comfortable, doing a reverse pull cut the end of the handle digs into my palm.  That part is obviously there to cover the tip, so the only alternative is a different blade shape or a much more bulky handle........so I don't mind at all.
I like that it fits great even in my large hands.
I'm not sure if you can refer to detent with this lock type, but the blade retention could maybe be relaxed a bit.
Maybe the finger guillotine action keeps you careful  >:D

Great knife, but their collective clutch slipped a bit with the design, those two knobbies at the end of the handle is just stupid.

Taking them off might mean some danger from the tip, they should've just slightly filled in that area.

The finnwolf folder certainly looks a lot better than the fixed blade version.
