Always love coming to this thread and knowing I'll see some wonderful trads.  Been a long day and hot here as well.

I agree wholeheatedly  :tu:

Adam that is a cool knife.  Love the bolster.  The lightening bolts are fun.  Theres nothing outclassed about an honest knife doing a honest day work.

Thanks, Aloha

I like using it. I plan sometime in the future to get one that looks better cosmetically for my collection and use this one more often.

Fantastic carries, everyone! :tu:

Mine for today are a gray Case 4220 and a Schrade 77OT with a funky reprofiled blade. A Micra joined in for an anticipated scissors use that never happened.

Culling of the knife and multi herds in progress...

If I pay five figures for something, it better have wings or a foundation!

Sticking with the Case Teardrop today.  This might not be the best shot of it; but I'm liking the lines of the semi-spear, semi-wharncliffe blade shape.  While the pull is fairly light I do like the way it smoothly pops into it's half-stop.

It is in good shape except for the very poor sharpening attempt someone  made in the past.

Thank you! Thank  you very much, I luv the color too!

It is Harvest Orange, unable to tell if bone or synthetic. Thinking synthetic as the color is very uniformed, and jigging very consistent.

The color and size drew me to it, and the mid-lock was the convincing factor over a like color Canoe at the Case dealer show room last fall.
If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!

That Harvest bone tribal lock should be bone.  Its a gorgeous Tribal lock and a pattern I really enjoy too.
