My GAK at a WWII reenactment.
Should have used a soldier model 1908 for authenticity.  ;)
Hooked, like everyone else. ;)

All hail the hook!

I wish I had one Pablo!  Actually that's where I bought that knife.  They had two of them for sale.

Nice! Do you have any info on the chamois logo? I don´t think I´ve seen it before.

It may have been done for various special markets. Have a very vague recollection of seeing it offered in a European catalog, but can't find it in any of my catalogs. Have an equally vague recollection that the one shown came from Asia (Singapore?).

I have a half-dozen Hunters. The four shown all have the same blade markings. The blue one is an advertising knife for Edgar Marty Gipsergeschaft (plasterer) of Bennau, Switzerland. Didn't bother to dig out the RAF and D-Day versions.

+1 !  :like:

The desert camo Trailmaster is on my wish list. I already have 111mm Grip models in red (Dual Pro), OD green (Soldier) and orange (Hunter XT).

PS There´s enough to qualify for a 111mm badge!

I know. But somewhere around my house is the German Army model, which is enough for the 2nd level badge. I'm not sure where it is

If I can't find it this week, I guess I'll have to add another to my collection. Been leaning toward the Hunter XT you have or a glow Rescue Tool.

I admired 111mm SAKs from afar before getting the Work Champ. What an amazing Swiss Army Knife! My second 111mm purchase was a response to an unexpected opportunity...

No, I believe the package is already open anyhow.  Don't know how often it will actually be carried though... 'specially with El MTO PX coming.    Just had to have this one.  This one and the Tinker w/ can key are sentimental SAKs.    These days I like corkscrews and alox :D

Good to hear it'll be somewhere in the rotation. Bit like me and the Fisherman (which I rarely carry but like to have just in case)... and I'm looking forward to the MTO PX  too

Here's my Desert Locksmith.
I gotta say (well, I don't gotta, but I will) that this is my least favourite 111mm colour. It looks like a coffee flavour pudding, the kind you buy once and never again.
