Knife of the Year Award winners list?
on: October 01, 2017, 06:38:36 AM
I saw that the Rescue Tool won it for 2007, but I am not able to find a complete list, which is weird. Does anyone have any links or happen to keep such a list? I'm curious to see the line-up. Thanks.

well to be honest there are quite "Knife Of the Year" awards, you could be talking about the award given at "Blade Show" (Knife of the year, best knife of the show, most innovative knife design, best knife company, etc.), the one that "BladeHQ" picks every year as their best knife, the one given at the "SHOT Show", or at the "German Blade Show"...there are many "knives of the year" in popular shows, places, websites and contests so the first question to ask is who are you looking to as the judge    :salute:

My toys:

MTs: Surge (2x), Skeletool CX, Rebar, Blast, Fuse, Micra, Squirt (3x), Wave, Crunch, Mini, Spirit (2x), Pro Scout, MP700 (2x), Diesel, Powerlock, PowerPlier (2x), PocketPowerPlier, Blacktip , ST6 (2x), 5WR, A100

SAKs: Bantam, Executive, Ambassador, Minichamp, Classic Alox, Champion, Farmer, Explorer, Swisschamp, Golf Tool, Wenger Champ, EVO 52, Pocket Tool Chest

Well, I was primarily interested in the IWA Awards that the RescueTool was featured in, or something "official", not like lists or knives picked by online stores.
I did find some entries of Shot Show, but there seems to be no list by year kept anywhere.
