I'm carrying mine in my Skinth nowadays.
It rides very low on the belt.
That combined with the slim design makes me barely notice it's there.
Even though there's also a telescopic pen, Topeak ratchet, 11 bits in holder and Olight I3E EOS inside.
I want my Skinth........
Hooked, like everyone else. ;)

All hail the hook!

I've been carrying mine in the Vic cordura sheath. Today I decided to try it in a real sheath

Fits like a glove in a LM sheath which I believe is for a Crunch   :tu:

Happy discovery there, Steve.  :like:

I find that the Victorinox leather sheath works well for me and the Spirit.

I may get one eventually but to be honest the cordura one works just fine now that I replaced the velcro on the flap. I just really love the quality of these old LM sheaths and I'm not a big fan of velcro. I wish Vic made a Leather one with a snap.

I sheath carry mine in the LM  molle sheath that I always carry :salute: Tries to carry it in the leather sheath that I had for it but it must have been made for a Swisstool because I could barely get it of there :ahhh

I have also pocket carried it a day on the weekend so far as well

Day 9

Love that old Barlow! Your Spirit has a nice patina too. Makes me want to carry a Barlow; I just haven't been able to put down the green Pioneer that Santa brought.

Day 6.

I don't smoke but I like to have a lighter when it's this cold out.

On carry, I usually carry my Spirit vertically in a front or back pants pocket or in my right hand jacket pocket.

Thanks for all tips on carrying options! I did like having a clip and just hanging it from my belt but the clip was a bit soft so now I just use the original leather pouch, might get used to it.

I do however like the idea of sectioning the pocket with a safety pin or even a few stitches.

I thought about that, just sew a divider into all my pants pockets. Mostly because I forgot to remove one before laundering, it came undone and created some chaos, having them sewn would prevent that happening (or me remembering to remove the pin first too)...

I won't do it FH, I can open plastic packages just by pushing the scissors along it, works pretty excellent, better than 91s even, because you don't have to hold the handle. Widening the opening would eliminate that option.  :salute:

Just blame the kids

I might test that some day, but just a few stitches and if it works I can do it "permanent" with the sewing machine

The kids are grown and gone, but funny smells come from my dog once in a while, I can blame it on him!  :tu:

Actually the other reason I haven't done it is that I'm pretty bad at sewing.

Sounds like a plan!

In Sweden we say "själv är bäste dräng" which means that it is best to do it your self or that you should know a bit of everything so you don't have to depend on others so much.. Guess we are quite lonely in Sweden. But the point is that it is good to know a bit of everything and now you have an excellent reason for doing some practicing

Day 08:

Used the Spirit's scissors and needle nose pliers in making a lanyard for the new 2016 MTo PX.

You're right I know, but we have a saying here too, "some things are best left to professionals". I'm sure I would need many hours of practice to meet my own standards, given the cost of Levi's anymore.  :ahhh

Nice carry. What pen is that?

It's a Bigidesign Ti Pocket Pro. Fantastic EDC pen; I can't find a thing wrong with it even to nitpick.
