Thanks SG and Steve! This Camillus BK10 was at a decent price so it came to Kansas. The BK10 was not a Becker that was high on my want list but once I got it in my hand I have a better appreciation for it. Camillus BK2 and BK10 pic.     :)

Looking sharp David (heh...)! Always fancied the 10 myself, and a cammie, that's real neat! So it's a very similar knife to that 2 then, being that they're the same thickness? Always love the appearance of a mini 9 that the 10 has.

Great looking knife, congrats  :tu:

This Special Fighter has the same blade as Randall's Model One except its tang is larger and runs the full length of the knife.

Here are a pair of U.S made Schrade "Sharpfinger" knives

They are still produced "off shore" by a company that bought the Schrade name after they closed in 2004

Got this Case hunting knife about 20 years ago at the Case/Zippo show at their factory in Bradford PA, USA

Kept it in pristine condition until a couple years ago, I dropped it on concrete floor, while fondling it

( Fondling the knife, to be more clear  BTW )

After fixing the point ( of course, the point ) It became an occasional user

Great looking knife.

It does seem a little odd that the sheath has an embossed image of an American Indian. It appears the American "Old West" had an influence all around the world.

Great American made knives. The sheaths also appear to be extremely well made.

Congrats.

I guess that sheath was intended for the export to America, a marketing tool

This is Jinx, D6 blade I made during a course the last few days of 2015.

My holiday went to smurf after that due to car problems, collected the blade weekend before last and spent the whole of last week making and rejecting (very nice) slabs of micarta because they didn't speak to me.  When I was finally sure (following a visit to the material shop), the slab delaminated while cutting the scales.
I lost my sense of humor completely, and decided on black. The liners I matched as close as possible to the copper I used for the pins......checked against the parts with patina.
This is likely the thinnest scales I've made, but the handle is made by and for my XXL hands, so I went for some ESEE-ergonomics and it feels good.

Still have some finishing to do, not to mention giving it an edge and making the sheath.

This will likely be my only user with a high-end steel.

I hope when Jinx is done my luck will start turning as well.  :salute:
