DAY 2
Made a special mailer to ship a large and flat but easily damaged part to a customer.

Well, I did it.  I found an old, well used gray frame in need of some love on the Bay.  It should be here in plenty of time to get a go at our Challenge!
Now, what do you all think?  Should I send it to to someone more skilled at modding than I am and have it converted to a Yeoman?

I too am a fan of Yeoman, I will be putting up a pretty cool mod up at Mod squad related to this, please do keep an eye out if you are interested.  :pok: :D

Day 2

I went to a Formula 1 press event last evening and I brought back a SAK + F1 car combo pic. :) Also used the Explorer to remove the event's wristband and today it dealt with the very mundane task of opening some envelopes.

Glamorous shot!  Love the sneak photo of Explorer on the car!   :D :like:

It was indeed Barry and the way they're running it with bonus points etc is making it much more exciting than it has sometimes been.

It so interesting to see the variety of different tasks that the Explorer is called on to do.

So far my Day 3 has been pretty boring.  Used to open up a Snickers ice cream bar that was part of breakfast, just because I can.

thanks guys.
there are some brilliant posts/pics here.
it's interesting, and challenging, finding daily uses for the explorer,as strange as that may sound, and 1 of the benefits of this challenge is documenting my use over a month.

Day: 03 (bonus material)

:ahhh  I claim first hook use photo!!!!  :ahhh

Hook got used to snag some iced-tea tea bags from the drink.  :tu:

I was making "sun tea" and the tag ends fell in.   Fortunately, I had tied them all together, so the dramatic rescue was fairly straightforward......  :D

Time to refresh my Hook Badge!

Day: 03  (additional bonus material in duplicate!)

As if today hadn't been exciting enough, the mailman delivered a package...... :mail:

I used the new Explorer to open the package containing the vintage Explorer.  :tu:

The vintage Explorer is destined to become the Toothless Old Explorer.   ;)
