Day 19:

I've been playing the Sims 3 and The Sims 4 for a couple of years (and SimCity 4 for quite a few years more than that), but hadn't ever tried the Sims 2. I found a copy of it in the consignment rack of a small, local grocery for $5 close to a year ago. Passed that long, becuase A: it was a secondhand PC game B: I thought the price was $15. It was actually only $5, and I bought it FINALLY last week.  I was surprised it worked just fine on my PC. It's definitely a lot more complicated than newer versions. Haven't used mods as heavily in this version, which especially with Sims 4, is the only way to make it playable .TS3 is pretty decent, though runs slow on all my PCs.  TS2 runs well, and is a pretty good game on mid-end hardware.  Now to try to find all the expansion packs to TS2. Until late 2018, EA actually offered the game on Origin with all EPs and Stuff Packs included. No longer. Thus, I'm going to have to find the disks, and hope they are undamaged with the codes included.

Wow, sim city!  I tried to play the very original Sim city long, long time ago, but then I realized if I have to live a different life on computer game, might as well live it dangerously.  That's when I put more time into first person shooting game, those were some good time.

Day 19

Some nice uses and pics for today.  Mine use was pretty boring, just opening then breaking down an Amazon box that even contained boring household items.

A new 112 Pro?  Nice!
If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!

This is the 112 Pro I got about a week ago, which just opened the box.  It really was just mesh laundry bags.

Day 20:

Martin Luther King day!

Dr King was a big fan of Mac 'n Cheese. So today I made a batch of Broccoli Mac 'n Cheese.
(Not sure if he liked Broccoli, but I do!)

Ranger got used to trim the broccoli and open the cheese...

Don't worry, not all of that cheese got used in the making of this batch*:

*actually......pretty much all of it did get used. The rest got used for pre-dinner snacks.....

Looks good! I may try to make that myself.

Day 20. Heavy equipment maintenance at a bit smaller scale than I'm use to. LEGO just released this set at the start of the year, and ordered it from Amazon since my Walmart doesn't really stock Technic aside from the pullback cars that have no real mechanical features at all, aside from the gearbox sealed inside the big pullback motor piece. I plan to replace the weird implement (which resembles nothing I have seen) with something a bit more realistic. Thinking a Bush Hog. Simple to make, and without much modification to the actual tractor, other than yanking off the old "implement".
