Wingman damage advice needed

Hey multitoolers

My edc has sustained abit of damage

. The piece of metal that holds the bottle opener in place when opened has snapped off. I didn't use any large amount of pressure (perhaps this is leathermans way if saying i drink too much)

i am wondering if this repair is covered by the guarantee as its not a part you can generally replace.

That is an easy repair for them.
It's just a u shaped piece that sits inside the handle.

Thanks guys I'll update with photos once the repairs are done. I'll celebrate with a bottle of beer .....just to make sure the repairs are done correctly you know. You can't be too careful about these things.
