The blade on the spirit Dunc , it does not look like a butter knife  . It's not a new model Spirit is it

The BO looks a lot darker than the Digger's  :D(Aust. army ST)

It looks like it can suck the light from a room.  :o  Very nice mate and it looks like a durable finish as well.
Be excellent to each other and always know where your towel is.

At the moment this one is not a user , more of a spare but I do sit and play with it . The finnish is nice and there was a tiny bit on my hands and a soft cloth when I rubbed it but hardly anything much and its stopped now, not like a BO LM Kick I had once  :o One thing I did notice is it had a waxy feel to it . Totally different from the silver one

But will drooling over it take the BO finish away? If yes that's so bound to happen... :D

Cracking pics as ever Dunc :tu:

I'm intrigued by the BO finish. I have a Mini where the BO finish is kind of "glossy" compared to others I've got. I don't know if it was intended or not, but it will be good to compare at the meet!
I used to come here a lot.

Yes it will be interesting . I would like to see an older BO LM say like a PST or Supertool .I was very unimpressed by the BO Kick .My NATO BO Swisstool is different too but it may be due to use and wear but its a nice finnish .But the 2006 SOSAK knife of the year ( one hand treker ) had imo a terrible finnish on it

A fine idea that! :tu: A place where all members of the Spirit Appreciation Society and the Spirit Owners Club can relax and discuss the strifes of serrated butter spreading and eye damage due to excessive light reflection... I'd surely hop in! :D

I really must pick one up sometime so I can torture it (and then Micky with the photos) :D

But I am on a quest for several other things at the moment AND I'm skint, which kind of disrupts my plans a bit.
I used to come here a lot.
