Day 9 a little early... I'm back at work.  With the exception of cutting open some parcels, I used the plain edge as a cigar cutter.  It works very well!

I've been trying to post countless times since last evening, but had an extremely hard time connecting to the forum. Let's see if it works this time.

EDIT: Finally it worked!

Day 8

Busy day at the desk/keyboard for me, quiet one for the Spirit, so just a vanity shot today.

Another good day of Challenge events.

Leave it to my Mrs. to find such a wonderful Condo to rent on our vacation that it gets in the way of Challenge action shots.  I've been seriously looking for a single loose screw, broken anything all to no avail.
So I decided we needed some smoked chicken for dinner and sense there was no grill I had some action shots.   :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

Day 9 - when we moved in to this house all the doorsteps was glues down, I guess it looks better but the kids like to balance on them so after a while they all came loose, I have screw them all down but one. This last one I tried some gorilla dubbelsided tape on, and screwed back the potlid knob and sewed my inner pocket so thing won't fall in to the jacket. Didn't use the awl to sew with but the scissor to cut the string

Day 9
It's been a long day with long meeting, came home and used the scissors to trim the shrimp legs off ready for a spicy hotspot.

Good uses!

I have used plenty of gorilla tape in the past, how did the double sided tape compared to 3M's?

Still off work and had a bit of a relapse (more coughing and sneezing) - going a bit stir crazy and the battery of my car was depleted as I haven't used it for the past 3 weeks. Neighbour helped me out with his power bank and I risked a trip out to let the alternator do its thing. Thanks neighbour!

Thanks!

So far I think it's better for the things I have used it for, I first bought it to attach a glas fence to another and didn't want a white spot in the middle and that hold up amazingly. About the doorstep I will have to see when the kids come back next week

Swiss Fuzz Day 9

Barbara Dixon Dyke or it might be Donna Summers Dyke, I forget which is which, has partially collapsed because of all the wet weather. So over the course of the next few weeks I'll attempt to rebuild her... it... if I can. Turns out that Swisstools are rubbish at this sort of thing...

 :hatsoff: Day 9 -
Mrs LC and I had lunch out today, used the Spirit’s scissors to neatly cut a coupon she found.   We have full schedule with grAndkids this afternoon and evening, so no supper today.  One to tumbling and then a swim meet for another.

If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!

Last night we had a beautiful fog roll in off the lake.

Of course the DAK Spirit had to get in the spirit the moment.
.
All that fog left behind some wonderfull mornig dew as a back drop for the BSA Swisstool

A bit more yard work today, but no uses. I'd say it feels like Spring, but we're expecting some snow. Actually.....yeah...it feels like Spring.

Day 9
Used the Spirit to assist with some paracord work, cutting an apple, opening a box; but I liked the glamour shot taken while walking Fisher outside the Vet better.

Day 10

Used Swisstool to open the battery compartment for the reading pen, I was wondering whether Swisstool has the appropriate small screwdriver for the job, and surprised to find out how well the small flathead has worked, just like how can opener fine head would work as impromptu phillips in 91mm.

Mags, Fuzz and Douglas - well spotted, and thank you! 55 yesterday, another year older, but none the wiser!

Day 10

Early delivery this morning, and Spirit XBS’s blade came in handy to cut the sellotape seals on my latest acquisition- another Spirit, but this time the plus with ratchet!
