Nice!  Can you post some pics of that blue one?  I tried to order one but there was a glitch and by the time I got back to trying they'd disappeared from the site.  I do have an orange one on the way though :)

Tet - I love the orange, and have been hunting one for years.... Here’s some pics of the pale blue pioneer

Day 17

DHL courier called first thing, box had a pull tab, so the OC pioneer only got used to cut open the blister pack of the gardening/pruning knife - it was also time for some new graters, and these are very colourful!

Day 17
Getting ready to take the kitties to the vet and nearly tore the handle off the carrier when I picked it up, so a temporary repair was called for.  I used the Awl to bore a couple of holes for a cable tie and now all is well in the shire.

Day 17 - Visited the Cross in the Woods in Indian River MI.  Supposedly the largest crucifix in the world standing at 55 feet tall.

We are not a very religious family but it still felt special to be there.

Day 17
I haven't had many interesting uses this month, just more package duty today.  I'm with you Frailer, definitely the awl for packages.  Seems to not get the sticky goo attached like the blade does.

Nice pics, everyone! Myron, not had Thomas Hardy ale for years! Weirdly, I first found it when I was a student in Paris in 1985 at the English Week in a supermarket on the Champs Élysées - it hit the spot after 7 months at Salamanca and 2 in Paris drinking wine and lager style beers only!

Day 18

After a surprisingly cold cycle ride this morning (should have put gloves not mitts on as my fingers were frozen for the first hour! ), some cooking for later, I can now settle down to watch the Giro d’Italia and the Tour of Flanders with a clear conscience! OC Pioneer does the honours on the crown cork, and a mix of crisps to accompany the beer. cheers y’awl!

Day 18

Spent the day raking leaves, but the door to the basement needed some work.

Day 18 - Returned home from our camping trip today so it was a long boring day on the road.  Not much use for the OC so another glamour shot will have to do.

It works like a champ. Just make sure you buy the “doors and windows” formulation. The standard stuff can exert enough lateral force while curing to throw a door or window frame out of true.

Lovely photos as usual!

Day 19

Postie was early this morning and brought me some new inks for Inktober - a brown and a purple. Once again, the awl on my OC Pioneer was the tool of preference to get through all that sellotape!
