Hello, and hope everyone on the MT.o family is doing fine.
Just received this through the email; what are your thoughts? Just curious.
If I were a collector, I might have gotten one of each but, alas, I'm not.

I just wished it had a plain edge blade instead of that combo blade :facepalm:

I like it! It makes it look kind of like a mini Charge+. I was actually thinking about adding scales to my Sidekick for a similar effect  :multi:

Looks really neat, but the price is quite high. Looks like PVD wears quite well, however.

I lost all my faith in Leatherman after the P2 pliers problem that they decide to never solve!

Are they going to make the serrations useful and re profile the scissors so they actually cut something worth wile? If not...I'll pass. I've had 3 wingmans come through my hands. The scissors are far worse than nearly all of the other Leatherman Scissors I've tested. I think only the Modern Micra/Style CS have worse performing scissors. (I've heard that the original Micras actually cut incredibly well, but cannot find one to confirm this)

That being said, if you sharpen and reprofile the Style CS and wingman scissors I'm sure they would be rather slick. Once I did this to the Cs they cut better than nearly anything else I own, even on par with a 91mm vic which is saying something.

honestly...after the propaganda around the free P series...talking smurf against the wave...I'm in a love/hate relationship with Leatherman now....

I will say this, I like the T4 and even the file in that format...but that file in a fullsize tool...disgraceful. DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE P2 SERRATIONS!!

I've only had my Free P4 for about a week but honestly love it so far. I dont think it should be compared really to the wave or charge but it is honestly a great tool in it's own category.

I agree, they biggest mistake was constantly touting it as a "better wave" you should see some of the videos that the reps made...

Yeah it isn't the same as the wave. They should have just touted it as it's own new category of tool, which it really is. Yeah I saw some of those videos... kinda shot themselves in the foot with those.

I mightve got the wingman over the sidekick had it been a normal blade.
