DAY 27

A slow day at work delivering training to some newbies so no uses there  ::)
A bottle (or two) of apple juice when I got home to make all right with the world again  :drink:
Oh, so we’re colleagues? I deliver trainings as well

I think that a MT is a compromise cable cutter. They will do it quite easily, but the size of the cutting surface is way to small for these cables. But to me, this is the idea of a challenge. See what works and what doesn't, get the correct tool for the job then.

Which LM do you prefer for cable cutting?

Pete
I've had great luck with the Rebar.  You're absolutely right about it Pete.  They're a compromise cutter in lieu of a dedicated pair of snips.  I have a pair of Channellock cutters in my Go Bag.

Powernoodle Day 28

Kitty hairball removal.  Geriatric kitties don't have the flexibility to properly self-groom, and hairballs can become a major issue.

Day 28
Here is the Spirit with the rest of my edc while out for a dog walk.

After we came home I needed to remove lots of prickly stuff from dog legs. Used the wood saw to clean the brush after.

So, Mrs Surge and I are off to an evening wedding.
It's been a busy day with hair, nails and make-up (but I'm nearly ready now)

Here's the Spirit with some of the obligatory confetti  :tu:

As long as you've got your Party Teeth in Surge you'll be fine as you are

Day 28/31 and I used the Phillips screwdriver to tighten a loose gate hinge in the garden. I didn't have my phone with me to take a pic so you'll have to settle for the inside of an old barrel which I aim to use as an oversized pellet trap for a bit of air riflery

:like: all the shares that I have reviewed so far.
Really don't mean to catch your challenge  :multi:
But, , yes I did!
Wanted share my latest Swiss tool Spirit,  about two years ago I finally made the call to acquire Spirit, and selected the Butter Blade version as the Vic sweater blades are serious cutters.  Unfortunately due to life altering events in 2021 I forgot about my Spirit until I found it in my multi tool bin a few weeks ago.  What a piece of art!
Then decided to look at current models and prices, found a new one with the tradition spear blade for under a $100, and also learned about the one handed variants.  Decided to stay on course and placed order for a pointy blade model. Here are pictures of my pairs of Swiss tool Spirits

Thank you Barry! :tu:
Since I no longer need to obtain permission I have sometimes overindulged,   the Spirit X w/Plain Blade was my third purchase in April and early May. (Same CC statement).
All I say if questioned is it "dulled the memories": (
Going forward May (month) will always be my memory month as two dates within hold anniversaries.
If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!

Everyone is doing great! I do not have a butter knife variant SissTool, but I have larger Victorinox butter knife that I use all the time and I have to think it is similar in performance.

Looking great Phil!  What air rifles do you have?

Thanks Barry I've a couple of Weirauch springers - an HW77 and, having admired them as a bit of a grail when I was a kid, picked up an HW80 from a friend a few years ago. I have an Air Arms PCP but I'd really like an HW100. I'd forgotten how much fun plinking etc could be until a couple of years ago.
