Reminds me what a brilliant tool the inline phillips is on a SAK.Yeah, I like having the capability of switching between the flathead and phillips without having to change bits or anything like that.

The explorer is probably my favorite SAK. Have mine on my belt right now in fact. The inline phillips makes this knife my go to for most things, the only thing missing is pliers.
Not today but actually y'day the mrs and a couple of the ladies went into the woods to pick out some branches for decorating. My wife comes back and says that they all brought serrated bread knives and steak knives to cut branches with I'm not sure what they were thinking She asked me if I had any MTs with a saw. But yet again I pull through in a pinch and had four or five MTs to meet there needs, a LM MUT, the Wave, Swiss Champ and Charge Ti. I've done this before with the lighters as well not long ago
That's funny. I don't know about your wife, but mine tends to find my new "addiction" and my various MTs/SAKs to be silly and somewhat pointless. However, it's a different story when she needs/asks if I have one on me to handle a task for her. That happens more often than she probably wants to acknowledge too.

Mine isn't really addiction Well, ok, maybe I don't own what I can't use, I just have a lot of what I can use. She doesn't see this as pointless but excessive. She has her own MTs as well that she puts in her purse.
In that case, I'm not completely sure I'm an "addict" then as my collection pales in comparison to many I've seen on here. I use basically all I have as well, but I do have my favorites and more regularly carried MTs/SAKs. Some are just placed in various locations for convenient use/storage. I think my wifey is coming around slowly as she has asked for my help that required a MT/SAK several times, but she does think it's excessive. She has a Pink Program Micra attached to a small flashlight that came with my Wave in her purse.

I have MTs and knives placed throughout the house where I can grab one when needed. This helps keep my pajama pants up when I'm in them all day and not having to carrying MTs. Mind you, I don't have little ones running around the house anymore When grandkids come though, I'll have to re-strategize

This is a photo from a different excursion to fix the radome - so it's not me up on the boom in the photo.

Opened a Slim Jim.
It's more than heavy enough with a diesel motor in the bottom of it

I apologize for the sloppy post, but it's the first time I've done it directly with my phone camera. It's in reference to an earlier post where I explained how I spliced two power cords into one.
On the way to a Dr. appt. this morning, trimmed a few errant nose hairs with my Squirt S4 this morning, in the passenger's visor mirror in my wife's mini-van... Grossed her out, but I hate having them sticking out of my nose... that looks even grosser!
In years of carrying leathermen, a first today--I used the ruler on the side of the handle. To mark off a drill bit for proper embedment depth of hilti bolts.
Used the pliers and flat head on my spirit x to remove safety device from a mini bic lighter.
