I bit my nails for a long time until I was about 16-17 and I just stopped..I never got the urge to do it again and think it's pretty gross now!

Nice Case BTW!

If your excersize in control fails, I'd be happy to take that the reminders of failure away from you (IE your Case). :D

Grrr... :D This knife is WAY prettier than my hands or nails.  Wayyyyy prettier!  I love this knife.  It's one of the reasons I decided to really really try to stop biting them. :)

It does, doesn't it?  I know it's not the top of the line or the most rare or expensive, but it is a gorgeous collection of steel and color.  I love the worn look too.  They call it "Pocket Worn". Probably not news to some out there, but pretty cool.

I love Case's medium Stockman.  It's just the right size, you know?  Perfectly pocketable, and perfectly functional.  You really don't sacrifice anything in those departments.  However, as pretty as that guy is, don't ever take it hiking or camping in the summer.  That green would blend in REALLY well with grass and bushes should it fall.

I agree with you about the worn look.  Gives a tool some character; shows it has a story and has made itself useful.

Shiny and new is good, but worn and characterful makes a tool truly interesting.

Actually this one  is going to be my everyday run around knife for a while...when I go riding or hiking it will stay home and my yellow salt will go with me...for numerous reasons. :)
And I agree about the size of this knife.  It is wonderful.  I'm so happy I have rediscovered it so to speak.

Not a problem...right now I'm a Clinical Assistant (or as I like to call it "Nurse's B*tch") But since I can't get a job with my degree, I need to do it to pay the bills. Starting nursing school in January if all goes well. :)

LOL!  No, but I should be.  Since I work night shift, we have almost zero support staff.  If I need something small fixed and call maintenance, it won't get fixed until day shift so I do little stuff myself: Fix a broken door, fix a heat register, that kind of thing.  To be honest, I'd love to get out of health care, but all of my education geared toward it because of my degrees.  I'd love to get into the IT stuff but I don't know where to start.  Nursing school is the easiest fastest bet, unfortunately.

:)  Great stuff.  Nursing is a tough job, I have loads of respect for the nurses I work with.  Hope you manage to get everything set for Nursing school.  I'm not sure how they do it over in the states, but the nursing students I work with over here really enjoy their work.
