I say good deal.  I've never gotten a Blast for under $25, so $34 with a flashlight strikes me a very good deal.

It is old stock that they marked down from 39.00 when i bought mine this morning they only had two left.

The flashlight is a Leatherman LGX200 it is a nice light. I also came with extra o-rings and a extra switch diaphragm.

dewd... i payed $45 for an L1T about a year ago as a gift for my mother. that is a great light and i've been wanting a blast.... i gotta get one of these combos

Definitely a good deal. And yes it is a rebranded Fenix light. Check around at the Costcos though. I bought two sets for $29 a piece at a Costco in Fredericksburg VA.
