I have that exact same knife in bit's in a bag.  :D  "Works" is probably a good a rating as it'll ever get.

BTW, NEVER use the corkscrew as you'll have a bag of contents like me.  :D

I have something very similar somewhere in a drawer, I'll need to dig it out at some point. :)

:D :D No, but it is a good reminder as to why people should buy Vic and Wenger.

Fortunately for me, I'm in the minority; I never had a knockoff as a kid.  I was lucky enough to get a Vagabond and Tinker in my early years.  With that said, I was gifted a third party multitool, utility knife (SAK wanna-be), and incandescent Maglite for my car over a year ago.  Granted, that's another reason why I always carry my bag with me whenever I drive; if I were to replace the items in that small kit with the comparative actual multitools (Spirit, Ranger, and Fenix L2D CE, all three of which I have), the car kit alone would total about $150 in their then-new prices.  Yeah, no.  I'd rather keep them either on me or in my bag, not left out in a car that can be broken into without my knowing. :/
