No pictures but I scored a couple pairs of slip joint pliers and a pair of Channel Lock lineman pliers at various yard sales for pretty cheap.

Nice!

This may be the star buy from this weekend's estate sale. This is a Stanley 9 1/2 block plane from the Stanley Cordovan Era.  Manufactured between 1968 and 1981, this block plane is all original.

The 9 1/2 is neat because it has an adjustable mouth.  The mouth size is controlled by the lever on the front knob.

Last weekend I picked up several bench top tools and a Craftsman 5-drawer rolling workstation. Tools include a Dre.l #1630 1×30 belt sander, a Craftsman 4×36 belt sander, and a Craftsman 11/4 hp router and benchtop router table.

I'm really excited about.the 1×30 Dremel sander.  I already have abrasive belts ordered and installed.  They will be very useful cleaning hand tools.

Nice score, I’ve been thinking of getting into woodworking, but old school, heck I have a router with maybe 50+ bits, yet I don’t think it has more then 30min of run time on it and I bought it new like 20yrs ago, I thought of getting a miter box with one of those funky looking pull saws, I mean heck I have a compound miter saw, I’m just so limited..

Rusty estate sale finds today.  The Stanley No. 113 compass plane is in poor shape, but it does appear to be complete.  The Schollhorn nut cracker is in excellent condition.  The SK ratchet is frozen solid.  I'm hoping a good soak and cleaning will return it to working order. The Rigid Pipe Wrench is 18 inches, Stanley No. 62 marking guage and trisquares, a Klein punch down multi tool, and four American made C clamps.

I should have e taken pics of this place.  Stuff piled high for decades. The dust of Methusala was everywhere.  I found the SK ratchet sticking out from a shelf with a plastic bag hanging from it.  It would take days to go thru everything.

This week's estate sale buy had some interesting woodworking tools, including a Disston D8 rip saw, a Disston D4 backsaw, and an Atkins No. 25 dovetail saw, an egg beater drill, and a  nice wood rasp. Bonus buys include a really long Proto wood handle screwdriver, Seymour Smith anvil pruners, Fuller 2.5 inch deep C clamps and an as yet unidentified ratcheting Phillips screwdriver with a wood handle

Indeed!

These saws were in a special cabinet designed to hold the former owner's saws and brace bits.  I haven't finished my research, but the Distton saws appear to be over 100 years old.  The Atkins dovetail saw is possibly around 90 years old.
