Good score! :tu: Did the seller throw in the nifty bag, too?

No, that is one of the two canvas bags I use for estate sale shopping. I've had it for many years.  It stays in the back of car.

Wow nice,, what’s the round thing next to the basin wrench? If you look quickly it looks like a stop watch with the reflection of the extension and the box end of the combination wrench,,

Estate sale buy.  Mostly stuff to cleanup.  The Sliding T-Bevel is a a Stanley No. 25.  I ended up throwing away a wrench and a laser poi ter.  Some things can't be saved.

Nice finds! I kinda found something myself, but it was in the garage and haven’t touched it in 15yrs, but it was brand new in the package and I’m doing a project, I haven’t posted it yet, but it’s a hunting vest, before and after..

I haven't seen an estate sale with this many tools in several months.  I didn't get to go the first day so I m sure i missed some great items.

That is a Kennedy Tools Mofel 315-A chain oil filter wrench.  It cleaned up well.

It says 2-1/2”-4”, but is there no way to adjust it? Unlike this where each of part of the chain has an extended joint that hooks to the wrench?

I'll try to test it out today.  It doesn't have the normal adjustment you expect on a chain wrench.

That cleaned up very well.  I always wondered if you took the time to clean up everything you bought.  And how in the world you store all of it.  Do you resell some of the things?  Best wishes.  G

I eventually get around to cleaning most of the tools.  I'm terrible at reselling due to limited time..   I occasionally take on commission searches to find specific tools for people I know.  I rarely make anything on the effort.  The hunt is fun.  I trade only occasionally.   Mostly I store things in a huge stack of tool boxes and give tools to friends and family.

It's been a while.  Estate sales have been slow for me.  Plus vacation and work have prevented me from getting out to sales.  This weekend there were no interesting estate sales nearby so I checked out  a few local garage sales.  I bought these woodworking power tools at a neighborhood garage sale. The buy included a Pro-Tech 9-inch band saw, a Rockwell Versacut, and a Dremel 4200.  All are in good working order.  The Dremel and Versacut include their manuals.  Total paid was $25.

I'd say the Dremel alone is worth what you paid. Good score!

I agree.  It appears to have e all the accessories.  The 4200 has  the  EZ Change mechanism so you don't need a wrench to change bits.

No pictures but I scored a couple pairs of slip joint pliers and a pair of Channel Lock lineman pliers at various yard sales for pretty cheap.
I knew my wife was a keeper when she transitioned from calling it a knife thingy to a multi-tool.
