Got my Wave today and needed to send it immediatly to warranty repair, plier head was missing piece and small screwdriver was missing and all tools were somewhat sticky. Hopefully getting new wave+

I received an unusual Wave today. I have handled lot of waves and this one is odd. Apart from extremely dirty and sticky which I am fully aware of, anyone can spot anything unusual for this particular one? Date code 0407. 😉

By comparing it to mine, it looks like the file was cut/embedded inside out. Mine has the diamond side to the outside.  Is that it Sam?, 'cause if it is, would make one nice collector's item! If not, I give up!!!!  :facepalm:

 :D yes! It's the first time I have seen something like that. The diamond coating and regular cut file is on the other way round. Guessing LM at some time is experimenting with the configuration or something. Cos it doesn't seems like an error. Any other people have seen this before?
