Wenger Eloxy 01

Yes, that's also known as the Patriot. Typically available in four colors. There's also a similar Watchmaker with a special case-opening blade in place of the small blade.

Thank you!

Could not find the watchmaker but found a similar one from Victorinox. Added to wishlist :)

Hi guys.
First victorinox had my father, some 91 mm model with scissors and red scales, that was 30 years ago.
I always prefer bigger models, so I have
130 wenger everest
130 victorinox rangergrip 79
111 victorinox sentinel OH as my EDC + little signature

But I feel little nostalgia for "father's" knife with red scales.

So I bought my first 91 mm model red scales victorinox compact.
It has a little bit of everything, so it's ideal choice for city EDC. Especially for geocaching because it has a pen :).
Definitely I love this little knife :).

My son sent an old timer back to Vic to have it fixed, but they weren't able to do so.  Instead, they called my house and spoke with my wife, explaining what had happened and that they were sending a brand new Fisherman to him.  We just got it tonight and what a beauty she is!!  You cannot beat Vic and their warranty or customer service!

Thanks Robert!  It's the first one I've actually seen, and I'm impressed with it.  He has one of the Sta-Glow Climbers that I really like.  My boy is passing me up on his SAK collection....can't let that happen!!

If you're partial to the pliers, look at the Angler. I got this one in this month and am just getting around to getting it cleaned up.

You know, it's funny you mention the pliers.  I've been playing with my boy's Swisschamp and have really taken a liking to the pliers.  I like the looks of your knife Robert! :tu: :tu:

Thanks!!! The orig Angler had scissors but the later ones had pliers. There is also one referred to as a "Deluxe Angler" that has both.

A Wenger Tiffany Streamerica Traveler. The handles appear to be stainless. The overall shape is very similar to the Wenger Jorg Hysek's.

A couple of Spartan Scenics from Portugal.  Tile painting of old ship, and Lisbon tram line.

A little lint rolling and it'l be a cool little box for my prized knives

I'm thinking room for (3) 91mms (4) 74-84mms (4) 58mms

Well I am back in the SAK Game with a Officier Suisse Spartan I picked up in a pawn shop (I paid far too much for it, but it had been a long day and I needed the retail therapy (with the buyer's remorse expected to kick in on monday when I get ready for work and realise there's no place in my life for the little guy))

It's in decent condition, small nick on the pen knife blade, otherwise a bit of a clean and hopefully I can gift it.

(outside the scope of this Board, but I also turned down a LM Blast that was arguably a better price for the item, but it was missing the eyeglass screwdriver bit, and the effort and cost of getting a replacement one would have offset any benefits from the find)

Really like that box.  Cool pickup
Waiting for the time when I can finally say; this has all been wonderful but now I'm on my way.
